What happens if I am not happy with the membership?
We understand the importance of trust in choosing a membership that promises not just savings, but unforgettable experiences. If, within the first 14 days of your membership, you find that you are not completely satisfied with the services provided, we encourage you to reach out to our customer support team. As a consumer, you have the legal right to withdraw from your membership within 14 days without providing a reason and we will offer a full refund of your membership fee. To request a refund, simply contact our customer support with your membership details and a brief explanation of your dissatisfaction, and we will process your refund promptly.
How can I cancel my membership?
You can cancel the auto-renewal of your membership in My Account online or by contacting our customer service. The membership will then expire at the end of your 12-month membership period. Once you have paid, assuming you have not requested a refund, you will continue to have access to all the benefits of the club until the end of the membership term.
How does my membership renew?
Automatically each year, with the option to cancel auto-renewal by adjusting your account settings or contacting customer service.
What types of deals can I expect?

When these specific options are available, we make sure to highlight them for our solo travellers.
Why do I have to pay a membership fee when you already receive a commission from travel agencies and hotels?
