- Members can book multiple nights to extend their stay, with breakfast, afternoon tea, prosecco, and chocolates included each day

Why We Love This Hotel

- The floating hotel is moored in the Royal Victoria Dock, next to Excel London. The IFS Cloud Cable Car is a short walk from the hotel. Catch it across the Thames to Greenwich—home to The O2 and the Prime Meridian line.
- Reach central London in under 30 minutes via the Elizabeth Line. Custom House Station is about a 5-minute walk from the hotel. Other nearby lines also give you access to Stratford Westfield and Queen Olympic Elizabeth Park within 30 minutes.

Unfortunately, it was raining and therefore we were unable to use the outside space. There isn't a lot to do around the Excel Centre area. it would have been good to have some entertainment in the evening.

Overall it was a good experience. I found it difficult to book afternoon tea before we arrived as I couldn’t get the restaurant to answer the phone but this was easy once we’d arrived. The rooms are good although a bit dated and the towels and pillows weren’t up to the standard I’d expect. The staff were great, very friendly and helpful

We had a wonderful time. This is such a special experience & definitely worth doing. It was incredible value for money via the Travel Zoo deal & we loved the extra touches of afternoon tea & the chocolates & bottles of Prosecco in our room.
We will be keeping an eye out for future Travel Zoo deals & will definitely be back.

Our cabin was spacious & clean. The one gripe we had was the size of the beds. We did ask for twin beds but they were so narrow - almost bunk bed size. With all that space in the cabin why on earth doesn't the Sunborn Yacht provide at least 3/4 size beds for guests?
