Plus they have made discrepancy with my bill extra 199.00 pound put on my credit card so trying to sort that out

First visit and an excellent location for visiting the West End and Covent Garden. Had a nice feel walking in and loved the candle lanterns in the evening .
We were impressed with the help yourself breakfast display as the food was laid out nicely and replenished and generally kept tidy all the time.
The hotel was spotless through out.
Other Comments
We would like to recognise a member of staff whose name was Lexman and looked after the bar/ lounge during our stay. A very pleasant man who served us during our stay.

Excellent hotel in a perfect location for shows and museums.
Other Comments
Our only minor gripe was lack of bottled water and tissues in the room. Quite unusual for a 4 star.

Old building well modernised- if a little corporate soulless. Very nice breakfast. Location close to British Museum , within a 20 min walk of theatreland and on a direct bus route to Sadlers Wells

Friendly helpful staff. Lovely clean room, Comfy bed, Great shower. Asked for a blanket, no problem. (There was adjustable heating in the room, but we prefer it off at night) Good, well cooked fresh breakfast. Perfect location for the theatre, restaurants, and Euston train station, all walkable

Staff very helpful and friendly. Room disappointing,hardly de luxe but nevertheless very clean. No welcome bottle of wine as promised when booking but staff very helpful in bar when we mentioned this. Lovely breakfast.
