We had to cancel our no-refund deal. Very difficult to do on the phone. Since have been phoned asking for a Booking.com PIN.

Ideal location, close to sea front and theatres. Made to feel welcomed. The room was a decent size and seemed newly decorated. Room and bathroom were clean. Breakfast was adequate. I would be happy to go there again. Parking was outside for £2.50 for 24 hours.

The room was small but clean

The hotel was 'bleak' and felt soulless. I felt 'off' within myself.

The hotel has been recently refurbished and redecorated, and all the furniture and fittings in the room look brand new, which makes all the difference. The bathroom is spotlessly clean, as is the spacious room. The hotel also has a bar and restaurant. It's location, opposite the Towner Gallery, is close to the seafront, as well as only a 12-minute walk to the train station. It was an absolute joy to return to our spotlessly clean room daily after a day of sightseeing. This hotel is really excellent value for money and I would wholeheartedly, and strongly, recommend booking it for a stay in Eastbourne

Location, we got it cheaply so ours was good value. I would not pay full price for it.
