We had a very enjoyable stay. The room was clean and tidy, plenty of choice at breakfast and we enjoyed our evening meal.

We had a 2 night stay in a deluxe double room, which was good. Food in the restaurant, both evening meal and breakfast, was excellent. Staff were welcoming and friendly.

Some TLC is needed, generally painting and cleaning of some carpets. The sink in our bathroom was cracked and the pedestal was not attached to the wall.

All of which are superb. For swimming take goggles as the chlorine is on the strong side.

The staff were very welcoming. The hotel was surprisingly large and extremely clean and tidy. Nice large seating area in reception with a separate bar and patio area. Food was excellent and good value for money. The bedroom was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable. For me the only downside was the pillows were too soft but that’s personal preference.

We had an amazing two night stay at the Orida. The room was clean, spacious and well equipped. It exceeded our expectations by a long way. The staff were ultra friendly and helpful at all times. We were visiting family nearby, and brought our young grandchildren into the hotel at times, during the day. They were warmly greeted and allowed to make use of the facilities. This was a huge help to us, and a great adventure for the kids. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful. Restaurant staff were as helpful and friendly as could be. There was plenty of parking, and on our deal it was free. The pool and gym were excellent. Can't wait to return to the Orida at some future date! Thoroughly recommended in every way.

Easy to find, lots of parking spaces, friendly and helpful reception staff, clean large room, comfortable bed, tasty breakfast, lovely hot evening meals in our room delivered by lovely staff, another warm welcome when we went to the leisure centre, which was very clean with everything working. We didn’t find anything that we were unhappy with at this hotel and we look forward to returning soon. Please thank all the staff we met.

This is our 2nd visit. Booked the deal last year and enjoyed it so much. It was excellent value for the offer amount Great room. Leisure facilities great. Location excellent.Food choice very good. We went to the hotel for a 2 day break with friends. The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly. We enjoyed the food and felt the Travelzoo offer was excellent value. The location was quite built up but within driving distance of some pleasant venues.

I had booked a table for dinner, but when we arrived I was told that there was a wedding on and we could not use the restaurant or half of the bar. We sat in the lobby area for our food, which was quite disappointing. Some of the staff did not know how to order food in there and there was no table service until around 8.30pm when we had nearly finished. The hotel was noisy and untidy.

Our only criticism was cause the wedding reception meal & speeches ran over time, the Saturday evening diners had to use either the bar or foyer to eat in, so we opted to eat on the nearby Society Rooms Wetherspoons nearby but was extremely noisy and busy

Beautiful, spacious, clean hotel. We asked for a twin room and were delighted to find two king size beds plus two easy chairs, desk etc so had plenty of room. All staff were really friendly and helpful. It reminded us of hotels you find in America, where they are spacious. Use of the swimming pool, jacuzzi and gym is included for guests. A great selection of hot and cold food for breakfast, with the hot food being topped up as necessary so it was always fresh for late comers. Convenient location just off the M20. We would stay there without hesitation again.

A good room, spacious and comfortable. The pool was great, if a little busy on Saturday afternoon. Food was reasonably good in restaurant and portions large. Breakfast was good with lots of choice (including a really neat pancake machine to cook pancakes on demand!).

We thought he hotel was easy to find and close to the M20. Check in was quick and efficient. We had dinner in the hotel both nights and thought the food was well prepared, the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpfull. Free parking was a plus. The reason for not returning was because we had made a special trip to see Leeds Castle.

generally we were very happy with all aspects of our visit. In Some parts of the hotel the decoration was a little tired. One criticism was that some of the breakfast food could have been hotter.
