- The floating hotel is moored in the Royal Victoria Dock, next to Excel London. The IFS Cloud Cable Car is a short walk from the hotel. Catch it across the Thames to Greenwich—home to The O2 and the Prime Meridian line.
- Reach central London in under 30 minutes via the Elizabeth Line. Custom House Station is about a 5-minute walk from the hotel. Other nearby lines also give you access to Stratford Westfield and Queen Olympic Elizabeth Park within 30 minutes.

Beautiful location, so convenient for the O2 and other attractions. Lovely walks along the paths by the side of the river.
Other Comments
Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with our afternoon tea on the Sunborn. The sandwiches were terrible, cheap white pappy bread, some of the cakes were not fresh, and the scones were dry and very small. The only items we enjoyed was the cocktail and beverages.

Our third visit. Rooms spacious. Huge bed. Excellent breakfast and cream tea. Good spot to visit the 02 and surrounding area.

Enjoyed our first visit from the minute we arrived. Staff were very welcoming and helpful, providing advice on where we planned to go on our trip. Had a lovely afternoon tea. Although I had pre booked one gluten free, it his info had not been translated to the lady on the restaurant reception and it did take longer to arrive than other peoples. Bedroom was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. Prices in the bar weren’t expected for London and location. Breakfast was good but really wish tea and coffee could be offered and served at your table. The queue to the two machines was long and felt like a cafeteria and not luxury hotel! Certainly a memorable trip and hope to return one day.
