The floating hotel is moored in the Royal Victoria Dock, next to Excel London. The IFS Cloud Cable Car is a short walk from the hotel. Catch it across the Thames to Greenwich—home to The O2 and the Prime Meridian line.
Reach central London in under 30 minutes via the Elizabeth Line. Custom House Station is about a 5-minute walk from the hotel. Other nearby lines also give you access to Stratford Westfield and Queen Olympic Elizabeth Park within 30 minutes.

Amazing location and a fabulous hotel experience. Wonderfully helpful and attentive staff. Extemely comforatble room and very spacious and comfortable bed. Was a little light on waiting and kitchen staff in the evening so we waited longer than was comfotable. It took almost 45 minutes to get a drink and I had to go over and ask the waiter in the end. Other than that - it was really special and we can't wait to return.

Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with our afternoon tea on the Sunborn. The sandwiches were terrible, cheap white pappy bread, some of the cakes were not fresh, and the scones were dry and very small. The only items we enjoyed was the cocktail and beverages.

Enjoyed our first visit from the minute we arrived. Staff were very welcoming and helpful, providing advice on where we planned to go on our trip. Had a lovely afternoon tea. Although I had pre booked one gluten free, it his info had not been translated to the lady on the restaurant reception and it did take longer to arrive than other peoples. Bedroom was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. Prices in the bar weren’t expected for London and location. Breakfast was good but really wish tea and coffee could be offered and served at your table. The queue to the two machines was long and felt like a cafeteria and not luxury hotel! Certainly a memorable trip and hope to return one day.

Overall it was a good experience. I found it difficult to book afternoon tea before we arrived as I couldn’t get the restaurant to answer the phone but this was easy once we’d arrived. The rooms are good although a bit dated and the towels and pillows weren’t up to the standard I’d expect. The staff were great, very friendly and helpful

Our cabin was spacious & clean. The one gripe we had was the size of the beds. We did ask for twin beds but they were so narrow - almost bunk bed size. With all that space in the cabin why on earth doesn't the Sunborn Yacht provide at least 3/4 size beds for guests?

Really enjoyed our stay, the yacht is gorgeous. We had a lower floor room with a window and there was so much room, very spacious. However, the service in the dining room at afternoon tea was fairly poor and most of the waiting on staff were not particularly friendly (other staff member were lovely). Also the entire ship’s temperature was way to hot especially the rooms which the temperature couldn’t be adjusted via the air conditioning thermostat on the wall which lead to an uncomfortable nights sleep. I would stay again as it’s a lovely yacht and an excellent location to Excel and the O2 via the cable car
