Enjoyed Most
Our experience was very good. The only thing we would like to point at is that one of the receptionist, a French gentleman, could have been a bit more helpful, e.g., informing us about where the breakfast was served in the morning and the times for it. Also, he misspelled my name, even though I spelled it and wrote it for him, so we couldn't connect to the free wi-fi until we went down later in the evening to go out. Apart from that, everything was perfect.

Other Comments
The only thing I didn't like was the added service charge on our drinks, which we paid without realising. We only ordered them at the bar so a bit unnecessary! Also added on at the rooftop bar.

Really enjoyed the feel of the place, relaxed and modern. The only issue was that we left a couple of items of clothing in the room by mistake, and the concierge has dismissed the request for further checks on where they now are.

Overall a very good experience. A couple of small negatives that meant it didn’t get 5* rating. The toilet in the room was very very difficulty to flush. It required a huge amount of strength to press the buttons in! My partner found the noise from the corridor prevented him from falling to sleep quickly. We were on the 11th floor on the corridor from the roof top bar. People were noisy leaving there. A couple of the staff were not particularly helpful or friendly However the rooms were clean and spacious, the bed comfortable, breakfast was plentiful and enjoyable. I would definitely return and recommend

The hotel has a great look about it externally and an ambient internal reception area. The room was very modern and comfortable. The roof top bar had spectacular views of the Gherkin, St Pauls and the White Chapel building, as well as a wonderful atmosphere.
Other Comments
The hotel was located close to Aldgate tube and bus station which made it an ideal travel hub.
