The hotel was easy to get to and a 10 minute walk from the Westfield Centre which was great. Staff were friendly, the rooms had a small kitchenette which was really useful and not expected. For a stay in London it was more than reasonable and if you want to access London central the tubes are so easy and about 8 stops away so you’re looking at about 30 mins

Excellent value, so well equipped with cooking facilities, dishwasher, iron and ironing board. Loads of power points, lovely rainforest shower. Bed comfortable and essential air conditioning much appreciated. Reception welcoming and informative.
Very clean, and no noise from occupants. However, the TV took forever to get going (strange).
Bonus finding they take dogs.

Loved The White Stuff hand-wash, bodywash and shampoo/conditioner. Also thoughtful supplying washing-up liquid, dish sponge and teatowel. Ample crockery and cutlery for two occupants.

Could do with a few shelves in bathroom and maybe a few drawers, to prevent clothes smelling of cooking. Area is a bit deprived, so may feel less safe as single woman of a night, but otherwise would recommend.

Staying in area for an event at London Stadium. Decided to get there early (noon) as thought would be busy so could get a car parking space as first come first served - thankfully I did & was pleasantly surprised that room was available too :o)
Staff were very friendly, explained breakfast times.
Room & bathroom were in very good condition & with it being a hot day - air conditioning was a much needed plus.
All in all a great stay - would recommend.

Trip to London with daughter, staff friendly and welcoming. Room had everything you needed and was very clean. Enjoyed the free coffee machine and breakfast croissants were delicious.
