Unfortunately we had to leave early due to being needed at home. The hotel was different to anywhere we'd stayed at before. Was a nice big room, staff were friendly and the breakfast was good. Only downside was the location, was quite a way from anywhere of interest.

No. This was the worst experience with a Travelzoo booking we have had over a number of excellent stays. Who writes the reviews I don't know but we couldn't have stayed in the same hotel.

Disappointing first impression when we arrived smelt of drains in the bathroom.
Room whilst large was not well appointed and use of the kettle on the tea and coffee station was positively dangerous. Lighting was by way of four downward spot lights which created large shadows and the ceiling light did not work. This meant filling black cups with boiling water was a hazardous process.
Breakfast on the first morning consisted of an uncooked poached egg - sent back to be replaced with scrambled egg and dry sour dough - and pancakes which were cold and looked as if they had come out of a packet. We won't talk about the coffee.
Breakfast the next day was better but the bed wasn't mad just covered over.

We love this hotel. Second visit as we wanted somewhere close to Saundersfoot. Very friendly and helpful staff. We love the food in the pan Asian restaurant and this was a deciding factor when choosing to stay here. The room was very comfortable and it was really quiet.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, the hotel is in a great location for visiting various towns/locations in south Wales. The rooms are large, with seating, TV, tea/coffee making facilities and Welsh Cakes (yum). There is an award winning Asian fusion restaurant on-site, which serves excellent food. There is also an affiliated Chinese restaurant (eat-in or take-away) only half smile away, which is also award winning and we can recommend that as well!

We spent 4 nights at the Imperial Dragon Hotel. The staff were exceptional looking after us very well.
The room was fine and comfortable plus the breakfast was excellent We enjoyed 2 days walking the Pembroke coastal path and exploring an area new to us.

The Asian theme continued into the restaurant. We found the menu a little confusing as the descriptions did not always meet the actual meal and the choices were constrained to Chinese/Japanese food which is not to everyones taste.

Overall it was an excellent short break. Staff and service great. We had a ground floor room which was near to tje restaurant where we enjoyed a really nice meal
The electric car charging rate was a really good rate and as there are 6 chargers available there was no issue with non availability. The freshly cooked breakfast was well presented and really tasty. All in all would really recommend this hotel
It is pet friendly but those with dogs were served in a separate area of the restaurant. Tables are also well spread out.

A good size car park with EV charging at a reasonable rate and no fee to pay to park.

We ate at the Restaurant on the first night and where well looked after. We do not like to rush our meals knowing that the chef has taken time to cook good food for us so we should take time to enjoy it.
Anyone eating at Lokky's Restaurant will not be disappointed, look on your meal as a journey not a rush to get to the finishing line.

A very warm welcome even prior to arrival. Newly refurbished rooms, the bed was queen sized and very comfortable. The hotel is very well maintained, clean and fresh. A super position to visit Saundersfoot, Tenby and Stackpole estate including the beautiful beaches of Barrafunda and Broad Haven. Walking distance to train station and walking distance from Saundersfoot. We hope to be back again next year.
