A relaxation lounge and treatments (available at a supplement) can be found at the spa. Dining is available at the Horizon Restaurant and beverages from the Quench Bar.

The boundaries of the Kent Downs National Landscape are 10 minutes' drive away. King’s Wood in Challock—which sees vast carpets of bluebells bloom in spring—and the slopes of the Wye National Nature Reserve are both nearby. Chilham Castle, once owned by Henry VIII, and Leeds Castle, a royal residence for several Tudor queens, are 20 minutes away by car. Canterbury is 25 minutes' drive away.
