All of the staff that we came into contact with during our stay were a credit to the hotel. Everyone was friendly, professional and attentive. The value for money of the Travelzoo offer was excellent, but it was the staff who really made this stay a great one.

A very comfortable hotel and although the surrounding area wasn’t so pretty, it was a great place conveniently situated for exploring further afield.

The staff at the hotel were helpful, very pleasant and made our stay very enjoyable. Our rooms and the sitting areas were comfy and well equipped. We had a great time.

Rooms were clean, spacious and warm. Bed was comfortable. Food was good , plenty of choice for breakfast. Plenty of parking. Ideal for visiting National trust houses and Chatsworth ( we went to Chatsworth at Christmas - well worth a visit). 3rd time of visiting - lots of nice walks not too far away.

All the staff are very friendly and professional , but the staff in the restaurant, without exception, were very friendly , interested in us and very helpful. Well worth the money !!!
