It was very quiet. The staff were very helpful and the situation was lovely. The reason we won't re visit is because of the food.

The room no space to hang the clothes the rooms very hot, no air condition. The shower Hardy, any water very slow. On the view of the room, phase of the rubbish tip, cannot open window because the smell find it really disappointed, went down to reception to change the room. they have no room. How about upgrade my room?They said you're already upgrade the only good about the hotel.The food is good and the staff are very good.That's all about it yes absolutely disappointed

Although we enjoyed our stay, we found some of the decor outdated and in need of replacing, ie the chairs in the dining room were very stained and the wall paper was hanging off the wall, there were lots of very large weeds in the garden area. Having said that the room was very clean, but there was lack of light in the room particularly around the door area and wardrobe.

Lovely food but meals a bit pricey. Nearly £9 for a pudding.
Our room was a classed as a superior room but it could have done with a refresh. The curtains were quite faded & hanging of the rail at the end & room a little dusty. Just needs the finishing touches.

Room was small, because we needed a ground floor room. Staff very pleasant and efficient. Restaurant expensive for average meals. Restful surroundings, set in woods. Few attractions nearby.

Although we enjoyed our break it wasn't perfect. The food was very good apart from, strangely enough, the desserts. The Bailey's cheesecake - I've had better, and the wife's frangipane was disappointing. The hotel is a bit tired overall which is a shame. The room hadn't been properly cleaned.
