Perfectly ok, nothing great. About what I'd expect for the price. Good location, shame there is no parking. Parking cost me £33 so negating most of the savings of the room deal.

Great room, had all the facilities you needed. We stopped in a 'Smart Studio' which was very adequate for a short trip. Centrally located only 5-10 minute walk in to the town and close to bars and restaurants.

It was Wonderful. We loved the room. Having a separate kitchen was awesome. So good for it to be out of sight whilst in the bedroom. Fantastic shower room. Could do with more storage/hanging place. Overall fantastic. Great provision. To have a mini shop on sight. Love croissants but eating dry is not palatable. Please consider butter or jam provision also. Marvellous coffee lounge, so stylish and comfortable. Staff were amazing. The young Indian man was so accommodating yesterday morning and very pleasant and informative. We loved staying with you in Newcastle and will definitely return.

The location, close to the station and quayside is very good. Reception were friendly and helpful. Morning croissants was a nice little extra. The apartment was adequate, if a little small.
