Reception lady brilliant, sorry can’t remember you name but we booked in yesterday at about 1500 hrs and you showed another couple my travelzoo email confirmation to identify the pin they needed. All the other staff we came into contact with e we’re very helpful with a special mention to Vicky at breakfast……. Well done and thanks to everyone.

A very pleasant overnight stay, the thermal spa was excellent and very relaxing, the staff in the restaurant were attentive, the food very good, although could have be served much hotter. Breakfast was adequate for a buffet and Vicky especially was very accommodating.

Enjoyable spa experience. Bedroom was lovely with views across the lakes. Comfy beds, spotlessly clean. All meals were excellent. including vegetarian options. The staff were friendly and efficient.
