About Porth Veor Villas & Apartments
Porth Veor Villas & Apartments are set in the grounds of Porth Veor Manor Hotel. The beach is 200 yards away. Self-catering guests can access the hotel facilities**. These include a heated outdoor swimming pool (open April–October) and a bar.
One-Bedroom Garden View properties have a fully equipped kitchen and sleep up to four people. Each has a double or twin bedroom, plus a sofa bed in the lounge area.

About the area
Located around a mile from the centre of Newquay, Porth is popular with families. Its beach is sheltered on both sides, making it ideal for swimmers and paddle boarders. The South West Coast Path passes close by. You can follow it towards Watergate Bay for spectacular views over the rugged cliffs.
Newquay, which has a huge choice of shops, bars, and eateries, is less than 10 minutes' drive. The foodie hotspot Padstow, with its famous fishing harbour, is around 30 minutes' drive away.
