Afternoon tea was mostly inedible. Food was cheap, overly sweet and processed and way past its use by date. Even the bread on the sandwiches were curled as if they’d been left out for some time. Crusts were partly left on and the bread was thick. The scones were rock hard

The pool was a really good size and the hotel was nice and clean. The staff were very friendly. The treatment (we chose a neck, shoulder and scalp massage) was really nice.

The hotel was cold, especially around the pool area and in the restaurant. The changing rooms were really small, with only two showers, which meant we were unable to take a shower due to waiting for others. Lunch turned out to be expensive as there were additionally charges to add items to the 'light' lunch. For example we chose a Caesar salad and had to pay an additional £5.50 to add chicken & £8.50 to add seabream to the salad. Additionally, the service was very slow.

The staff were welcoming and helpful. The facilities were lovely. Just disappointed that the food choices included were very small. All the extra choices were expensive. But loved our day.

Went on a spa break with Travezoo, treatment with lunch and a glass of Prosecco. Staff were friendly throughout our visit. Changing rooms for the pool is very small, needs some attention on lockers as most don’t lock. Pool area is ok, water is warm. Steam room and sauna are small but ok. Lunch was lovely, but extra charge for our chicken to go with the ceasar salad was about £4 and chips was about £4, thought it was a bit steep. The treatments we received at the spa were amazing both the therapists were very professional.

Really enjoyed a relaxing experience, made use of pool and sauna which wasn't overcrowded, excellent treatments followed by a light lunch, a nice way to spend a morning.
