Paignton Beach is less than five minutes' walk from the hotel. Turn left, to walk along the sands toward Paignton Pier, or right for Paignton Harbour.

The seaside town of Torquay, birthplace of Agatha Christie, is around 15 minutes' drive away. So too, Brixham, which is built around its picturesque fishing harbour.
Hop aboard the Dartmouth Steam Railway from Paignton. The journey weaves its way by Goodrington Sands, the Dart Estuary, and on to Kingswear.
