Voucher Cancellation & Refund Policy: Within 14 days of purchase, Travelzoo will give you a full refund if you change your mind or can't find dates that suit you. Vouchers can be refunded online by going to "My Account". After 14 days, your voucher is non-refundable. There will be availability of at least two dates per month per venue at least 3 months in advance. The experience takes place in groups of up to 30 people. Only valid ticket holders will be allowed to access Falconry experiences as this is essentially a spectator sport with an interaction element it would not be fair to allow non-ticket holders to attend. The minimum age is six years old (accompanied by an adult) for all venues apart from Coton in the Elms location, where it is 16.
