Only valid ticket holders will be allowed to access Falconry experiences as this is essentially a spectator sport with an interaction element it would not be fair to allow non-ticket holders to attend. The minimum age is six years old (accompanied by an adult) for all venues apart from Coton in the Elms location, where it is 16.

It would be good, if Travelzoo accurately described the deal in the first place. It sounds like a great experience. I'm sure we'll very much enjoy it when we do go on the ONLY possible date, in 5 month's time. Ask me again then.

Travelzoo described the offer incorrectly, saying that it was available at weekends and suggesting it would be a good Christmas present. However, it is not available anywhere near me at weekends and the ONLY SINGLE date that a school age child could go at all is in April next year. The Adventure 001 website crashed when I tried to book and then it told me my voucher wasn't valid. I had to contact customer services, who were helpful, but the whole process took a long time.

We had to amend the tickert and the staff at Adventure 001 were top-notch! They re-sent the tickets no problem and we got a really nice day out with our friends!

Bit chaotic because it was so busy but enjoyable trip, shame about the weather as we couldn't appreciate the lovely countryside. Grandchildren enjoyed the model railways before and after the trip which seemed to go very quickly
