The food - - it was as if everything was pre-cooked and not at all what a 5 star should be. Physically sick and unwell for a few days after. Was only offered mimosa - NOT A COCKTAIL! No mention.

To make the booking with travel zoo, I called the hotel as requested to book it but they then told me to book with open table and give my credit card details which was unnecessary as already paid and we paid the service harge separately

a particular member of staff called Bogan was extremely helpful and gave us good food recommendations. The food was extremely good quality and only fault was they had overvcooked the roast potatoes but there was a good choice of vegetables with the roast dinner. The fixed lunch menu was actually very innovative with a good choice
