Built in 1865, the hotel still retains some of its original architectural features in the restaurant, marble-columned ballroom, and main reception rooms.
Situated on the Strand at Charing Cross Station, the hotel was constructed for passengers travelling to and from the station.
The hotel is less than a 2-minute stroll from Trafalgar Square and the National Gallery, and 10 minutes' walk from the London Eye and Covent Garden Market.
