My stuffed tomato main was underseasoned and my husband's veal was way over done despite us ordering medium rare. It spoiled the experience even the starter and desert were very nice. Just didn't meet our high expectations.

A very limited food selection - only 2 choices for starter and main course, one being vegetarian and no choice for dessert. The choice was uninspiring and there were no vegetables offered with the main course which was just a piece of meat and mashed potatoes. The wine was also incredibly expensive so I didn't order any. I thought it was very overpriced for what we had.

The woman was rude to me on the phone who took the booking. The ambience was very pretentious. The food was horrible and the main course was one tomato with a bit of rice in it and we were not full up by the end of the set menu. We were charged extra for water and service charge. Far too over priced.

The photo on Travelzoo does not do it justice. I think because the tables don't have tablecloths on in the photo. Also the bar in the photo detracts from the restaurant ambience. The restaurant is more upmarket and a lot smarter when you are there.

I went with my daughter for her birthday treat. We entered through Raffles main entrance and erected scooped up by a staff member. She escorted us to Paper Moon advising us to return the same way so we could take photos of the beautiful building. Lunch was delicious and the prosecco was excellent
The service and ambience were fabulous. We had a lovely leisurely lunch. On our return through Raffles we took lots of photos and the staff member took photos of us together.

With our dessert came an extra plate. Happy birthday was written in chocolate with two macarons and a lighted birthday candle.

A group of girlfriends, we had a wonderful afternoon chatting. Staff are extremely polite & attentive without you noticing. Food portions were quite small but all beautifully presented & delicious. 2 rounds of bread were delivered to the table which I expected to be charged for, we were pleasantly surprised it wasn't. Paper Moon is a quiet relaxed haven when you step inside from the very busy streets of London.

Very beautiful building with so much history, staff were so helpful and love the building as we had the pleasure of their knowledge. The restaurant was fabulous, the only thing I could fault was the dessert, but I was treated to a small cake and candle for my birthday which was a very special gesture. I would definitely recommend this deal

Very poor Menu there choicewas only 2 options for all food . Main course was Lamb or Seabass, l chose Seabass which was OK, but there was no proper veg or potatoes. There was something on my plate and l had to ask the Waitress what it was. Apparently it was Mushroom which was cold and tasteless. Very disappointing. There was only 1 choice for desert , which was a little tart hat was quite nice . Wine very expensive.

Fantastic location and service. Food was excellent, as was the wine, but the later was a little expensive (to be expected, I guess, given the location).
