Initially I was not impressed! We were seated and a waitress came to our table. I mentioned we were with Travelzoo deal. She then dissappeared and no-one came to the table! I complained and then it all changed. The food was excellent, steak cooked perfectly. Nice restaurant but very noisy!. After my grumble the staff coukd not have been more accomodating. I would recommend this restaurant.

The steak upgrade was fantastic. A slight issue with tickets initially in order to allocate seats.
Other Comments
S &W servers didn’t make it clear all we’d receive was steak on our plate, so good job I asked them had time to order fries and mushrooms. The meal was fantastic. The Kit Kat club isn’t ideal for disabled people unless you’re seated on the ground level.
