Mother and daughter-in-law visit. Really lovely place, a very relaxing experience. Afternoon tea was included with our deal, and this was delicious, freshly prepared and more than enough. The treatment included too was very relaxing.

My friend and I did enjoy our day but felt it could have been better for the following reasons: We were not aware that there would be children's swimming lessons during our time in the spa plus a water aerobics class for senior citizens. If a chose another Spa day I would definitely check this before booking. Our lunch was very fresh and tasty but it was served in a box rather than on a plate. The room that we had lunch in had no windows and was more like a canteen - it would have been nice to enjoy our lunch in the bar overlooking the grounds. Although there were certain elements that could be improved, the spa day offered exceptional value for money. The treatments were of high quality, and the overall experience, despite the few drawbacks, was worth the price paid.
