Harbour View and Penny Steps are guest houses in the coastal town of Brixham. The two buildings are five minutes' walk from each other; one overlooks the harbour and the other overlooks the marina.
Wander around the port, with bobbing boats in the harbour. You can hit the traditional amusement arcades and try your luck on the 2p machines.
The South West Coast Path passes by both properties. It's no more than a 25-minute walk along the path to Berry Head Nature Reserve.
