The only negative i have to say is ... after having a massage , it would of been nice too have our glass of bubble brought to the relaxation room rather than having to go and ask for it !

All was perfect - apart from a mix up as to who was providing us with the prosecco! - we had left the spa area and went to the restaurant, which is where the afternoon tea is served. The waitress mentioned the pot of tea, but I had to ask for the prosecco, and she said that we should have had that at the spa area. I took out a screen shot of our booking which stated cream tea with prosecco (we had upgraded to the afternoon tea), and she was still adamant that the prosecco had to come from the spa area (as they were under different budgets!). Eventually she offered to ask the spa team to bring it over, which they did. But it put a dampener on our afternoon, which was a shame.
