Voucher Cancellation & Refund Policy: Within 14 days of purchase, Travelzoo will give you a full refund if you change your mind or can't find dates that suit you. Vouchers can be refunded online by going to "My Account". After 14 days, your voucher is non-refundable. If advanced reservations are required, changes and cancellations are subject to the merchant’s cancellation or rescheduling policy, and may result in a fee or voucher forfeiture. You must cancel your reservation directly with the merchant prior to refunding your voucher.

Minimum age is six. Maximum age is 99. Under-16s must be accompanied by an adult, however the accompanying adult does not need to fly. For healthy and safety purposes and the safety of fellow passengers, flying activities have a maximum weight. Maximum weights are as follows: group size of one: 15 stone (95kg); group size of two: 30 stone (190kg); group size of three: 43 stone (273kg); group size of four: 56 stone (355kg); group size of five: 66 stone (420kg); group size of six: 76 stone (485kg). Must be used in one visit. Please check availability when booking. Up to three voucher holders can fly in the rear of the helicopter. It's an extra £15 to sit in the co-pilot seat, payable on arrival directly to the venue. Adventure 001 reserves the right to postpone your flight in the event of poor weather, Air Traffic restrictions, or circumstances beyond their control. In the event that your experience is postponed, Adventure 001 will contact you as early as possible to arrange a convenient date. Due to the nature of the experience, your flight may have to be rearranged for weather or technical reasons outside of the merchant's control. In the case that Adventure 001 needs to cancel your experience, you will be placed on a waitlist and new available dates for your chosen airport will be emailed to you as and when they become bookable. This could be a number of weeks or month depending on the time of year. You can only get a refund once your experience has been changed two times by Adventure 001. We recommend arriving at the airfield 30 minutes before the start of your experience. Adventure 001 make every effort to accommodate anyone with a disability wishing to fly; please contact the team to discuss prior to purchase. Spectators are permitted and may take photographs. No spectators are permitted in the aircraft. There is free car parking, a cafe and a viewing area at all locations. *Note the usual flying season is April—October with limited flights outside of these months.
