The steps from the car park are very steep and eneven surfaces, and what I would consider a hazard to some customers e.g. a person with less mobility would struggle getting up and down especially in poorer weather

The staff were very observant. The afternoon tea was a birthday present and they heard the two of us discuss it and gave us a treat! The welcome and service was very sincere and we enjoyed the food too. But now that know that they offer cocktail specials it will be hard to keep away from the Wood Norton!

We had a great sunny day so able to sit out and enjoy the views and gardens. Service was very poor and lacking staff. The majority of our party of 4 thought the food was good but I've had better afternoon tea food & beverages.

We had been before and enjoyed a lovely time with attentive staff. Unforntunately this time we had to keep prompting for service. Rather than being asked what coffee we wanted, we were brought Americano.

Beautiful location value for money very few staff around and was given no choice on tea only offered breakfast tea for such a grand house I thought we would be offered a variety of tea to choose from but I would go again
