Such a lovely relaxing treat. The staff in reception, the spa and cafe were all so pleasant and friendly. The spa treatments were amazing and the tea delicious. We were a bit disappointed with the actual swimming pool and sauna etc but the tea and treatment were such good value without that.

Always go there and nearly good. I did find that occasionally they change the time of your treatment which is very annoying you don't seem to have a definite time because you are using a voucher.

Don't change treatment times that were pre booked or you will loose customers

I had a wonderful experience at Stratford Manor from start to finish. The staff were wonderful, especially Rally who took me through my journey there and is an excellent massuese. The gym, spa, sauna and pool were fabulous (lovely warm pool). It was all topped off beautifully by a delicious afternnon tea and an offer to stay longer if I wanted too. I definitely will next time.

my friend and I had a lovely time, the staff were very helpful and polite. The hotel was clean and tidy. Only one thing which was a shame, there was no Jacuzzi. The afternoon tea was very tasty, lots off little cakes and well filed finger sandwiches.

Staff pleasant.
Other Comments
Afternoon tea was mostly inedible. Food was cheap, overly sweet and processed and way past its use by date. Even the bread on the sandwiches were curled as if they’d been left out for some time. Crusts were partly left on and the bread was thick. The scones were rock hard
