Thoroughly enjoyed our spa experience, Hotel was lovely, spa was great and there were a great variety of treatments on offer to choose from. Jas, the Therapist I had for my treatments was excellent, very friendly whilst professional and I really enjoyed all the treatments I had.

This was a Spa Day for my daughter's birthday. We did not use the steam room or the gym. The swimming pool was warm and it was not busy. My wellbeing massage was fantastic thanks to Jas, she is really good at what she does. Our lunches were healthy and delicious, we appreciated the free desserts that we were given as our treatment time was delayed by 30 minutes. The hotel was busy with several conferences taking place but this did not spoil the relaxed atmosphere of our experience. All the staff were friendly, helpful and polite. I would recommend the Spa Experience to family and friends.

Easy to book, great value and excellent treatments and lunch. Pool area was a bit basic but decent sized steam room and heated loungers welcome. Not the most exciting grounds to wander round but easy access to public footpaths by the Avon. An enjoyable day
