How to Book Your Gusbourne Experience: Visit the Gusbourne website with the link provided on your voucher, select two people, choose your desired date and time, and then click Add to Basket. Next, enter your voucher code into the Redeem Gift Card or Promotional Code box, and click Apply to take the price down to zero. Gusbourne tours are available Monday–Sunday, excluding Tuesdays. Tour times are 11:30am or 2pm. Subject to availability and pre-booking on Gusbourne website. Not available 23–28 September. Voucher codes for Gusbourne are valid until 31 October 2027, so may be redeemed after the validity period of the hotel offer if preferred.

Voucher Cancellation & Refund Policy: Within 14 days of purchase, Travelzoo will give you a full refund if you change your mind or can't find dates that suit you. e had an amazing time at the Mermaid Inn in Rye. The staff were so friendly and welcoming and went out of their way to help and advise us. The food was very good and there were several rooms were you could choose to eat either a full dinner menu or meals and snacks from the bar menu. We really enjoyed our stay there.

Emma in reception was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Judith the owner was really nice and a pleasure to meet. The room was medieval looking or and very comfortable. The battered fish on the bar menu was crunchy and delicious. The car park is quite small (about 15 car spaces) but the staff are keen to help you park or show you where the nearest and cheapest places to park.

All staff were fully committed to the customers - all efficient,, capable and friendly. We will return. Car parking could be an issue if the hotel is full with all car drivers, but there was no problem while we were there.
