Good facilities and variety of steam and sauna chill out areas. All needs catered for. Unique experience taking into account wide variety facilities on offer in one location. Excellent location and environment for mindfulness and relaxation. Timings work well.

Only area I felt let the spa down was the treatments on offer. Found them expensive and lacking value for money in relation to treatments provided. In comparison to other spas I've visited I found the treatments overpriced and lacking in delivery. Limited products used with focus on sales post treatment.

I can honestly say no. It was my first and last visit. I was not impressed at all.

The whole process from booking to visiting the Spa was extremely disappointing and not what I was expecting. I had to ring several times to get through to book the experience. When I arrived on the day of the experience my booking could not be found both at the entrance and the spa reception. I was not really made to feel welcome, especially by one particular member of the spa staff. There was lots of whispering because they clearly couldn't find my booking!
The spa itself was initially impressive but I quickly realised it was over booked, there were too many, quite frankly ignorant people there. Talking loudly, having conversations in quiet areas and generally being selfish towards other spa users. There were not enough towels to go round. Some areas felt dirty and not cleaned on a regular basis, in particular the showers. The quiet, supposedly relaxing rooms were left untidy with cushions and throws left strewn on the floor.
The spa staff rather than being helpful and looking like they were making sure areas were clean were standing round talking. It felt an inconvenience to interrupt them!
The evening meal was awful, no effort was made by the restaurant/cafe, everyone was served the same cold platter of antipasti, not appetising or filling in the least!! More like a starter than a main meal. There should have been a choice aswell as a hot option. It was a cop out on Centre Parcs part and not value for money. Service very slow given it was only a cold platter!!
I had booked and paid for a treatment with my package but after waiting in the treatment area for 15 minutes nobody came. I went back to reception to find out that, surprise, surprise they had no booking on their system for me!! This was the final straw, I just wanted to leave and drive the 2 and a half hours back home after an extremely unhappy and disappointing non experience!
I had been really looking forward to my much needed spa experience but the day turned out to be more stressful than relaxing and I wish I hadn't bothered. The only good thing I have to say is that someone at the spa reception saw the upset I had been caused and gave me a full refund. She also said she would feed the matter back to senior management who would feed back to Travelzoo.
The Travelzoo voucher was bought in good faith but the experience was far from satisfactory and has sadly put me off booking anything again.

Buying the voucher was easy. However, it did take a few attempts on the phone to Aqua Sana, and even then I was on hold for 30 mins before the call was answered. Once I got through the member of staff was very helpful and friendly and booking in was easy from that point. The spa experience itself was amazing and excellent value with the Travelzoo voucher
