All very tired looking. Maintenance needs looking into. Shower was not adjustable , stuck on too hot. Unable to shower on first evening. Windows catches broken and unable to open window very far. Rooms very dark.

We were given a top floor flat. Very spacious quiet and comfortable. Lovely grounds , a short walk to the Broads.

Food was mixed, breakfast on both days was delicious but I think there was a different chef in the evening. Although the menu looked amazing the food was rather bland, as though no one had actually tasted it. My king prawn laksa was very disappointing, 3 small prawns in a mush of soggy noodles that would have had more flavour if I’d bought a 90 p packet from Tesco instead of paying £18.. my husbands fish cakes were over fried and ham hock bland. Shame because we chose not to go back the nest night

We had a lovely 4 night break around Ivy House. The grounds and setting are lovely and the staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the food, we had all our evening meals at the hotel and were very happy with what was available and how it was prepared. Our room was spacious, clean and quiet with a good view. Plenty of parking and easy to find. Excellent value for money.
