We had a lovely stay at Hatton Court. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by a friendly, polite receptionist who made us feel very welcome. Throughout our stay, all the staff were professional, courteous, and cheerful, and nothing was too much trouble. Our room was spacious, quiet, and had a very comfortable bed. The only minor drawback was the noise from the minibar, but once we got used to it, we slept well. There were a few signs of wear and tear that could easily be refreshed with a little filler and paint, but this did not detract from our overall enjoyment of our stay.

Perfect place - staff were amazing, food was outstanding, location lovely and general decor etc was fine. Very clean. But …… the bathroom was poor to say the least. Fixtures loose, decor very tired and bath marked etc I’m hoping this is part of a refurbishment program because this hotel has everything else to offer. However, I would return because of the staff and food. They, especially the chefs, deserve to be applauded.
