Standing pretty on Saundersfoot's Coppet Hall Beach is Lan y Môr—a "stunningly located beachside restaurant" (The Michelin Guide). The Daily Telegraph names it one of the best restaurants in Pembrokeshire. Watch the rolling waves of Carmarthen Bay from its glass-fronted windows as you enjoy superb local fare. Was told food was gluten free and then told it wasn't so my husband ate something he should of which made him ill. The voucher said it included lobster in the meal but there wasn't lobster

Good but “feast” only included half lobster for four. Had the same for two last month. Service was a little hap hazard in not understanding the “feast” options. Food provided was excellent however.

Frockles were a bit tasteless. Lobster & steak portion very small for two people. Sides were the best. Truffle chips, carrots & parsnips and green veg all great. Don’t think would have again though. Had a voucher so wasn’t the full £100

Service was slow, not as good as previous experiences here. A lot of young staff who weren't sure who was doing what! No lobster was available, which we weren't informed about, and it was a lobster and steak night! We were given a seafood platter instead and there was plenty to eat with sides. The drink prices are very expensive.£10 for a 125ml glass of wine.

We like the view from the large windows and have enjoyed many beautiful meals there as Coast as it was previously known and now Lan y Môr (same owners). I will not recommend the restaurant on the strength of this meal but will probably book again at a later date.

Disappointed with the meal, not the lobster and steak that was advertised. We were happy to accept the alternative of a variety of seafood. However the meal had too many elements of coated deep fried fish - cockles, white bait and the cod wings. Not the standard we are used to at Lan y Môr.
