Dined on a Thursday lunchtime and only one other table was occupied in the dining room. Had looked at the main menu online so were surprised that the menu had changed quite a lot. Very tasty food nicely presented and some different dishes (not just standard pub food). Don't eat out as couple very often and were quite shocked at price of glass of wine!

The food was outstanding and the offer is very good value. Note higher priced meals involve a supplement and you’ll probably choose to have a drink, sides etc so be prepared for these costs.

It suited us to go on a Monday lunchtime so, unsurprisingly, the dining room was virtually empty and the one member of staff was busy managing both the dining room and bar. At lunchtimes later in the week I imagine both these aspects would be different.
