Unfortunately we couldn’t get an upgrade for the room for my birthday as the receptionist did not have her manager’s consent, however she was able to give us an extension of when to check out the following day

There were three adults staying at Hellidon Lakes. This was our second visit and we will definitely go again. The staff are so kind, friendly and efficient and nothing is too much trouble for them. Even through they had a small number of guests staying the good at both dinner and breakfast were excellent.

This is a really lovely hotel. The spa is excellent and the bowling is such fun. I would recommend very highly. The other guests said they would also go again.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the staff are exceptional and friendly, they ensured our stay was enjoyable. The facilities at the hotel are great, it was everything we needed after a busy Christmas! Will definitely be back!!

We had the most wonderful stay. The room was amazing, overlooking the Golf course. Beautiful views. The spa was lovely, the pool was amazing! The food in the restaurant was really nice, and all the staff throughout the hotel were so polite, respectful and professional. We could not fault our stay at all!

On leaving I spoke to Yamma & David at the Reception desk. They were brilliant, and spoke so highly of the hotel, and the management. They made us feel so welcome. I hope they are appreciated by the senior management team, as they were the face of the hotel, and did their job impeccably. Thank you all for such a great time.
