Outstanding in every way. Beautiful building and staff actually wanting to help customers. All the staff had exceptional customer care.

Spa and afternoon tea were wonderful. A great deal.

We had a lovely experience, having been to many other Spas before, we went open minded. The facilities were very good but what stood out was the customer interaction and service. We were very well looked after and it felt like a very personal service. Stephen went out of his way to look after us and it made our visit very enjoyable.

We only visited the spa so cannot comment on the hotel itself.

Sadly the woodburners have been removed from the the bell tents so they aren't as hot and cosy as they were but it was v warm in the spa and bar/lounge. Lunch was delicious.

Staff, especially Stephen, our Rasul mud chamber guide was a very nice chap. Friendly and efficient

Staff are excellent, very friendly and helpful. As it was a cold day, they offered us a warm drink foc. The only improvement I would suggest is in the Rasul mud chamber which was very cold for the first 10 minutes.

A morning in the Spa followed by a festive afternoon tea. It was a relaxing treat close to Christmas.

A relaxing and enjoyable day

Lovely Hotel with separate Spa facilities across the road in beautiful surroundings. Excellent afternoon tea in the comfortable Garden Restaurant. The Staff were all very friendly and attentive throughout our tea and in the Spa where we had plenty of time to relax and enjoy the facilities.

The place is lovely and the package was ideal and i love the Bell tent.

Arrival and Guest Direction The arrival process was chaotic. We were initially directed to one area (upstairs) before being told we could go to the Bell Tent, resulting in unnecessary trekking and a feeling of being lost. Accommodation & Amenities (Bell Tent) Several issues arose with the Bell Tent amenities, requiring an excessive number of trips to resolve: •The kettle was present but there was no water for it. •The cups provided were dirty and needed to be replaced. •We were told we could not have milk in the bell tent, which was frustrating and led to a black tea experience when we expected otherwise. •The heater went off, leading to a cold environment at one point. Food Service and Allergens •The portion size of the scone was noted as too small. •There was a significant issue regarding allergy awareness. A staff member showed a lack of understanding regarding the potential for pesto to contain nuts, which is a serious safety concern. Spa Treatment (Mud Rasul) and Post-Treatment Care This was the most disappointing part of the visit: •The treatment area had not been cleaned prior to our session. •The staff member disappeared during the self-application treatment, which was not relaxing and caused anxiety. The post-treatment shower was unexpectedly cold, short in duration, and the staff member had vanished, leaving us covered in mud and confused. In summary, the constant need for problem-solving, the clean issues, and the spa treatment made the entire day a bit more stressful rather than relaxing. I sincerely hope you take these points forward to improve the overall guest experience.

My granddaughter and I enjoyed a relaxing Spa day. The staff and facilities were clean and due to the time of year, not too busy. The lunch was nice but a bit scant and we were very disappointed with the lack of choice of vegetarian options.

This spa day was amazing, and such good value for money. We had our own (heated) bell-tent to chill out in between spa usage. This came with towels, robes, onesies, hot water bottles and blankets. There were beanbag sofas and chairs to lounge on, and tea making facilities. The spa area itself is relatively small, but it didn't feel overcrowded. It has a pool, steam room and sauna. We also did the rasul mud experience, which was fun. Lunch was included and the staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful.

A special mention to Stephen, who looked after us really well throughout the day. He's a real asset to the organisation.

Lovely venue in a beautiful setting

Staff couldn't do enough for you. The only down side was the ladies shower room is small.

Not a big spa, only a sauna and steam room, but the pool area is lovely with lots of massage jet choices. Staff warm, friendly & welcoming. Lovely & clean. Beautiful complimentary Temple Spa products. Not busy. Had the most wonderful relaxing spa morning. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous, the staff could not do enough for us and the afternoon tea exceptional, beautifully presented and delicious. We will definitely return. Excellent value for money.

I went with my sister for her birthday, Great Day in spite of the torrential showers and gusty winds. We braved the bell tent and even had our lunch and Prosecco there. What an experience in the warm and toasty tent. Will definitely return

Attentive staff, relaxing environment and freedom to move around and plan free time around dinner and spa.

The lunch was and Rasul and nice!

The only thing we really missed was it didn’t include a facial or treatment as it always has in the past. The Ofer has obviously changed. This doesn’t seem to be on offer any more. There were a few changes which were different.

All in all a lovely experience. Greeted by a very friendly and professional Duncan. Beautiful setting, lovely facilities and delicious food. Alec served our lunch outside our very well equipped tent. Alec attended to our extra requests with a lovely manner. Would definitely recommend, particularly at this Travelzoo rate.

Good day, super service and treatment - it was great the sun was shining - i m not sure whether it would have been as wonderful in cold wet weather as access to bell tents is external but we had a great day and still have two more vouchers to use

we only used the spa, we had treatments, lunch and use if a bell tent

Lots of wasps so unable to relax outside. Teepees looked mouldy, needed good clean! Water was turned off so unable to have shower which I understand was beyond their control but did really spoil the day as needed one following head massage so had a 11/2 hour drive without one!

Very welcoming staff, fantastic facilities and a wonderful massage, all in such a beautiful setting. We felt very well looked after and pampered.

We came here for a spa day, from arrival onwards the service was exemplary, massive thank you to Steven who is just epic and ensured we were well looked after. Treatment was wonderful with an excellent knowledgeable therapist, lunch was fresh and delicious, we had a great day and would happily return every week,

Amazing place. Staff were absolutely delightful, extremely helpful and attentive. Loved the mini yurts which were warm and toasty on a grey day. All the facilities were well thought through I.e. hairdryer, straighteners, tea and coffee. The treatments we had (get glowing and brush with heaven) were by far the best we've experienced. The pool was amazing as had hydrotherapy jets and sprays with areas to sit around and in the pool. Unfortunately the steam and sauna room plus jacuzzi were out of order and being repaired whilst we were there which was our bad luck so didn't feel that the whole spa experience was achieved. Loved it though and definitely going back soon
