Voucher Cancellation & Refund Policy: Within 14 days of purchase, Travelzoo will give you a full refund if you change your mind or can't find dates that suit you. Vouchers can be refunded online by going to "My Account". After 14 days, your voucher is non-refundable. Your ticket is a hop-on and hop-off day rover ticket. You can get off the train and explore and get back on a later train.

Merchant Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy: No booking required. Print your voucher and hand it in on arrival at Pickering or Whitby Railway Station in exchange for your day tickets. Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the departure time of your preferred train. Subject to availability. Vouchers are limited and may therefore sell out at any time. Not available on 4–5, 11–14, 18–19, 25–26 June; 2–3, 9–10, 16–17 July; 10–11, 17–18 September, 2026. *You can view the timetable here to see which services will be hauled by a steam locomotive and which will be hauled by a heritage diesel locomotive. Please note that due to operational needs some steam locomotives services may be substituted by a diesel locomotive.
