Beautiful place, felt very welcome throughout our stay, we upgraded our room which was great for relaxing and sleeping, the bed was so comfortable. Food is exceptional, huge portions. We visited as it was my husbands birthday, the room was decorated and John and the team had left him a gift. It’s the little touches that make all the difference. Would highly recommend The Middle House. Thank you for a great stay!

Loved our stay here. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was great - warm and cosy. The food was really good. Bar - where we ate as we were accompanied by our dog - was warm & cosy. Great location to explore this beautiful area.

We were met by a friendly host who told us about meal times etc ,as we have our dog travelling with us we are always mindful of ensuring he doesn't upset any other guests,There was a dog bowl and a complimentary doggy wine left for him.Our room was beautifully furnished,comfy bed and extremely clean and welcoming.The bathroom was spotless to.Our breakfast was included and it was delicious with plenty of choice, We also had dinner at Middle House which did not disappoint. Everything about our stay was wonderful and we would definitely return to Middle House.

Room clean, pretty, comfy, warm, well equipped. Food, both dinner and breakfast, excellent. Staff are amazing and seem to enjoy their roles in the hotel. Location great for walking and sightseeing.
