Very friendly welcoming staff. Clean and good parking for the lodges but could be awkward for those with mobility issues as no covered link to main building and slope or stairs

Staff are excellent, customer focus is evident throughout - from reception staff to bars, restaurant and housekeeping. Good breakfast service and options, evening food menu very good. We stayed in superior lodges, very clean, comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. Excellent parking. 5 minutes walk to the village and lovely walk to Swallow Falls. We look forward to visiting again
