Had a very nice stay here. Unfortunately it was very hot during the night and there's no Aircon in the bedrooms so first night was very bad and unfortunately we have a dog who panted most of the night. Staff gave us a fan which made the following night less unbearable. Everything else was ok

A lovely hotel, very close to the main Street and beach, The Great Orme and other Llandudno sights. Very clean, well maintained and gorgeous. Staff are very helpful and friendly and the free meal in the restaurant was amazing. Dog friendly but you need to take your own dog bed and they aren't allowed in the dining areas, which was ok. We would definitely stay again.

Stayed 2 nights with our dog, it was dog friendly with the usual restrictions around dining which is fine and there is a dog friendly lounge.

Food in hotel restaurant was fine and staff very pleasant and efficient, we did try their alternative restaurant 'Next Door' the food was exceptional and an exciting menu however the dining experience was terrible - I do understand the minimal trend to showcase the food but the atmosphere was very tense and the staff verged on the downright unpleasant and whilst i dont want a new best friend a smile and a bit of interaction is part of the experience, we were the last in the restaurant due to the delay in food service, not because we wanted to linger and the staff were cleaning up around us and one rolled her eyes when we asked for something, we always tip and thank staff but we just walked out.
