The treatment itself was unexpected but great, the food was good and kind customer service

Uncomfortable, small facilities. The therapist should dress appropriately

Very interesting entrance hall full of chairs and ever surface is covered with knock knacks Staff were delightful. Spa area is very small but we had a great scrub and foam massage. The afternoon tea was huge and we took doggie bags home!

We would have liked to look at one of the 75 unique bedrooms.

I had a lovely and very relaxing massage and was then able to use the spa. When I went to the restaurant for my tea they were expecting. The tea was delicious and very lavish - I couldn’t finish it. The staff were very helpful sorting out the booking.
Other Comments
It was difficult to book because the spa is very small (and I think there is only one masseur). It was a bit difficult to confirm the format - I prefer to have tea after the spa but at one point I was offered tea first. The voucher is time-limited & I had planned to use it around my birthday. This wasn’t possible and then I got flu for 3 weeks so had to change the date. Was concerned voucher would expire. Staff were very helpful but not all of them were clear about about how the spa works Perhaps the voucher needs a longer timeframe and there need to be a direct line to the spa to book it.

Faultless, very accomodating and hospitable Turkish staff, was a very relaxing and pleasant experience - I had purchased an experience that included gym, sauna, Turkish bath (hammam) and afternoon tea as a birthday treat to myself. I will be coming back again and with others too.

The hotel itself has lovely decor, is a short walk from Limehouse DLR station.

Everything was as advertised. Massage was an experience I hadn’t had before. Pity there was nowhere to really relax afterwards. Sitting/lying on marble not exactly comfortable. Delicious afternoon tea

A quirky interesting location. Would have been helpful to know that spa was only accessible via hotel reception. I had to wait while 5 foreign guests checked into the hotel before I was able to ask where spa was.

The Hotel is best described as quirky, it houses collections of all sorts of things new and antique which certainly gives it a unique atmosphere. Whilst up stairs was eclectic, the spa facilities in the basement were very modern and we fully enjoyed the turkish bath and suana. The highlight for me was the massage I had a great therapist and although it was only half an hour, I felt wonderful afterwards. The only reason I would not go back is the distance we had to travel as we live in west London. The afternoon tea was generous and they were happy to provide boxes to take away what you could not manage to eat.

The masseur was very good and generous with his time. The sauna was a good temperature. The afternoon tea was excellent, albeit a bit top heavy on sweet versus savoury. The hotel has an interesting, quirky ambience.

A lovely quirky hotel. The staff were very polite. The afternoon tea was delicious and the waiters/waitresses very polite and attentive. There were just a couple of things, we were told to attend half an hour early for information to be given but we were left to the starting time for staff to fetch us. There was no medical questionnaire which I was very suprised about seeing as the facilities included a sauna and the treatments were skin orientated. The only other thing we were told we would get robes to wear and we were only given towels, which by the end of the treatments and sauna were too wet really to dry you off properly when you had your final shower to get dressed. Having said this I would return as the Hotel, staff and afternoon tea were great.

The interior design of the building is bonkers, but in a great way. The hammam experience was excellent and the afternoon tea would match any you might have in a five star hotel.

nice few hours for a mother and daughter treat.

staff were friendly and the masseuse professional and a wonderful hammam treatment. There is only a sauna to use, no pool. Not really a place to linger/relax after your treatment. This was fine for us on this occasion. The hotel decor is eclectic, the afternoon tea was plenty albeit heavy on the sweet desserts. very good value.
