The staff were previously advised of dietary requirements and my disabilities. The staff accommodated these with no questions asked and tweaked the menu to suit my requirements. Our waiter was very attentive and nothing was a problem for him. We were so impressed, I’ve bought another voucher to go again.

From start to finish the whole experience was thoroughly enjoyable and was the cherry on top of birthday celebrations! The staff were first class and service was impeccable. Food was better than anticipated and we left feeling totally satisfied! Thanks for a great experience. Would highly recommend this deal to lovers of great service, great food, and fantastic service!

Delicious steak and a massive portion of fries. Started with the included cocktail which was very refreshing and finished off with a lovely slice of carrot cake. The staff were all friendly and attentive. I have been to this restaurant a couple of times using Travel Zoo vouchers and it’s great value. Would definitely recommend!

Our experience was amazing at Smith and Wollensky from the greeting as we entered the restaurant, to seating, and eating. The service was top notch and our food was delicious. If you are looking for a fine dining special occasion restaurant you won’t be disappointed. Highly recommend.

We are regulars at S and W and always enjoy the experience. My wife is presently a wheelchair user. The staff respond well to our requests. Firstly our preference for a table is met. Secondly, at our request, they let us sort out my wife transferring from her wheelchair to the restaurant's bench seating. My wife prefers that we do this. It's "not making a big fuss" or "not becoming a spectacle ". The service is excellent, efficient but not intrusive. The food was delicious. The addition of "cake " to the Travelzoo deal was greatly appreciated. The carrot cake was really tasty and wonderfully presented. Another great meal.
