We were in London for two days so decided to use the voucher I had bought. From the minute we arrived we were made welcome and well looked after. The food was delicious and the steaks cooked exactly we had ordered. The restaurant is very nice and we would be happy to go again .

Initially I was not impressed! We were seated and a waitress came to our table. I mentioned we were with Travelzoo deal. She then dissappeared and no-one came to the table! I complained and then it all changed. The food was excellent, steak cooked perfectly. Nice restaurant but very noisy!. After my grumble the staff coukd not have been more accomodating. I would recommend this restaurant.

The steak upgrade was fantastic. A slight issue with tickets initially in order to allocate seats.
Other Comments
S &W servers didn’t make it clear all we’d receive was steak on our plate, so good job I asked them had time to order fries and mushrooms. The meal was fantastic. The Kit Kat club isn’t ideal for disabled people unless you’re seated on the ground level.
