You'll be served elegant sandwiches and sweet treats, accompanied by a Lady Whistledown-inspired drink.

The Christmas decorations were up, the service impeccable, just perfect. There was a very small choice of food, but it was more than made up by the deliciousness of all the food, so it was an inspired way for the restaurant to do it's business.
In all, it made it a truly special occasion for what was a happy reunion between good friends.

Absolutely stunning! Beautiful hotel and decor. The staff were very attentive and the food was amazing, we were greeted with a glass of Laurent Perrier champagne and they also did a birthday cake for my friend. I have been on lots of Travelzoo deals and they have all been good, but this is by far the best so far, such great value for money for such a prestigious venue, well done to the Lanesborough Team and Travelzoo for offering such a great value deal. Would highly recommend to anyone and we will be booking again!

Warm welcome on a wet night after a chaotic train journey! The grill is in a majestic room, a treat to visit.
The set menu was simple with just two options for starter and main, the food was exceptional, beautifully presented, light and tasteful. The dessert options with some supplements and wine pairing were a delight with just the right level of information and decent servings. There are compelling reasons to visit and the set meal is a super option by way of introduction.

The team asked for the vouchers on arrival. I had already given that information by ‘phone. It irks me that there is no discretion in this matter it could cause embarrassment.
The champagne was not offered had to be reminded. Small things but important the team have a system for dealing with voucher visitors that does not single them out I feel.

Atmosphere is great from the minute you arrive. Staff are simply amazing, their attention to to detail is unreal. Food is outstanding.
Only thing I would say is drinks are a little expensive but the quality makes them worth every penny.

The experience was great from start to finish. There's no problem with delaying your lunch by heading to the bar first, so long as you order lunch by 2pm. The food was beautifully presented and the staff were charming. Both the bar and restaurant were extremely comfortable.
