The fact it was so close to tower Bridge was nice for a photo op outside but you can't see it from inside half the tent seats so kinda pointless. Also we were given a free bottle of water, my guess is because there was no access to running water.

The fact that I could spend less on a full meal with drink at any restaurant in the local area and get more value for money. The fact that we were in an "alpine lodge" doesn't equate to slapping on an extra £5 per person. The music was way to loud for the small space, unfortunately the plastic sides somehow magnified the sun which was coming through the left hand side making it super hot and painful to sit infront of. We were able to move but it cancels out half of the seating. Hot chocolate was nice but poured out of a premade flask, just shouted cheap. The burger was nice but small with no sides. For the amount you pay it really isn't worth it, its not a deal, its a dissapointing experience with ok food. Would definitely not suggest anyone pay that much to go there and will 100% not be going there again.

Nobody at the Tower Hotel knew about the voucher. It was for a 'pop up' adjacent to the hotel which was not named or showed any realtion to Tower hotel. Eventually we found it but the food was cooked in the hotel. So when it came under a tin foil cover it was like warm.

Fantastic atmosphere, a few minutes walk from the Tower of London where we had visited. Service was excellent and it was a fun afternoon, lovely Mulled Wine too.

The staff were really trying hard to make our time enjoyable. It was felt that they could've given us more space and less pestering to find out what we thought of the food and asking for reviews. I appreciate that this was likely one of their first nights, so wanting to rectify any issues

The place was very empty, which meant the vibe was not very festive. The staff were friendly, but did not seem like they knew exactly what was going on. They were consistently asking for feedback on everything - which is both a positive and a negative

Staff were very helpful, food good, loved the cocktail. Location was good, we were lucky we went on a sunny day in January , it was in a gazebo and could have been really cold on a different day.
