Excellent massages for my elderly Mum and self, by Hannah and Ayeisha. Delightful and plentiful lunch with prosecco. Unfortunately, the hot tub was closed but we used the sauna and steam rooms.

The Spa treatments were great. The therapists were lovely. The ambience in the Spa rooms was relaxing and calm.

I treated my friend to a birthday spa day. The intention was to relax. The Spa treatments were great. The beauty therapists good. Calm and relaxing in the actual Spa treatment rooms.. However the pool area was very noisy and very full and that was 12.30-3pm when there are no children/families in there. The local adult disabilities group were there. I am an all inclusive person, water therapy is great for those with disabilities- but if I’d have known I wouldn’t have booked that particular day as our aim was a calm relaxing experience in the pool/jacuzzi steam/sauna rooms as well. While swimming I encountered floating mucus in my face.. I learned from a lady (member) that one of the disabilities group had blown his nose directly into the pool. Someone had brought it to the attention of the pool guard, who said the filtration system would filter it out. My friend-an ex life guard supervisor in the forces, knew this takes at least 24 hrs to happen.
It was an awful experience in the pool, very noisy and dominated by the disabilities group and I had to get out immediately after that experience. I felt the pool area was outdated and too small for the capacity of people that use it.

I didn't receive full details before going. Only when I phoned the day before I knew we were able to use the spa facilities from 10 - 4. I wish I knew sooner. They originally just asked what time we would like our treatements.

Staff are wonderful, facilities are great, lunch was amazing. So why wouldn’t I go back? It’s a good question but the spa experience was spoiled by some disabled people that were in the pool. One of them in particular was very boisterous and very noisy for about 1.5 hours. This stopped it from being a relaxing experience. He was not doing it on purpose it was part of his disability and I don’t know what the answer is. I was sure he was having a good time and he is perfectly entitled to use the pool as well as anyone else and I would not want to suggest for one minute that him and his friends did not go. However it spoilt the experience and we did not come away feeling relaxed which is what we wanted. I was surprised how many children were in the pool later, overrun with kids

Was good value for spa day , but there was no relaxing atmosphere . Pool was full of acryivity classes and family guests-so noisey. Steam room not working which just left small sauna . The only space to sit was in the relaxation room - where people were in and out for treatments and talking . Whole place was really cold -especially treatment rooms , so I couldn't relax and enjoy the massage.

with Prosecco. Cafe staff very helpful and friendly.
Spa treatments very professional. Steam room always seems to be out of order. A second jacuzzi would make it better in pool area. Lovely areas to walk outside.

Treatments at Belton Spa are first class as are therapists
I would just like fresh clean towels on the treatment couch for each client. The spa would then get a 5* from me. Reception a little slow
