Why We Love This Deal
Great Central Railway in Leicestershire is the UK's only double-track main line heritage railway. Originally opened in 1899, the line closed in 1969. Since then, dedicated staff and volunteers have carefully restored its stations, signalling, carriages, and wagons. Today, steam and heritage diesel locomotives travel along eight miles of Leicestershire countryside, between lovingly restored, period-style stations. An all-day ticket is £37.50 for two Travelzoo members. You'll then pay a £2.50 per-transaction fee, taking the total price to £40 for two.
What's Included
A Runabout ticket for two adults (age 18 and over) which allows all-day travel for one day on Great Central Railway
Valid all available dates until 31 May, 2027*. You can see the full calendar here
