I booked 3 deluxe double rooms , I of which was an disabled one for my 89 year old parents. We were extremely impressed with the size of them all. the cleanliness of the whole hotel was immediately apparent as you entered into the lobby. The greeting from the reception desk was so welcoming. Nothing was any trouble for any of the staff inside the rooms the quality of the bedding, toiletries and welcome tray were outstanding. The rooms seemed very soundproofed although we did hear slight noise from the room above us. The meals were perfect. Plenty of choice. , perfectly presented. The Travelzoo offer was amazing and included a bottle of wine in the room. I had to pay for a separate room for my daughter,son in law and 8 yr old granddaughter as the deal was only for 2 adults unfortunately. However everybody enjoyed their stay. The staff are exemplary and are to be congratulated for their customer service skills. They are a credit to the Hotel.

This was our first visit, but would definitely return. Staff friendly and helpful. Lots of parking. Delightful, spacious room spotlessly clean. And fluffy, big towels!
