Wonderful. From start to finish. Every member of staff we came into contact with was really friendly and helpful. Everyone seemed to want to make our visit feel special.
From the friendly and accomodating welcome and tour provided by Bev, to the amazing massage by Lana, not forgetting the perfect afternoon tea facilitated by Dominique, we cannot thank the staff enough for looking after us so well. We would definitely recommend the hotel and spa and hope to return.

I enjoyed catching up with a friend for an afternoon. The postcode for the hotel took me to the Chineham shopping centre car park and after looking around and asking someone I had to drive out and follow her to the correct address. The spa afternoon itself therefore started late and then we had to be shown round by someone explaining where everything was, including a steam room. We only had about 20 minutes in the pool then it was time to get out and have our afternoon tea. When we returned to the pool before our treatment we were able to use the sauna but it was crowded as the Steam Room was unavailable for the day. We weren't offered any explanation or compensation for this. The neck, shoulder and back massage was excellent, the most relaxing I've ever had so I would definitely return or recommend to others.
